We are specialists with extensive know-how and rail expertise. The Group was founded in Germany in 1997 with the aim of becoming the leading independent service provider for the European rail industry.
Our continuous growth began in 1999 with our entry into the field of railway operations services. The creation of training centers for train drivers and expansion into Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium followed.
In 2006, acquisitions led to the creation of the Rail Specialists and Infrastructure Services business units. In 2015, the activities were combined under the roof of the newly founded TEX Holding AG.
