Whistleblower
The TEX Group aims to act ethically and in accordance with legal requirements in all its business activities. The aim of the TEX Group’s whistleblower management system is to protect the company, its employees and other individuals, as well as our business partners and other stakeholders, from the harm caused by white-collar crimes such as corruption, cartels and fraud. At the same time, the focus is on human rights and environmental protection in our own business and along the entire supply chain.
The protection of whistleblowers relates to reporting misconduct such as tax fraud, money laundering or offences related to public contracts, product and traffic safety, public health, consumer and data protection.
The complaints procedure under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act enables individuals to report human rights and environmental risks as well as violations of human rights or environmental obligations that have arisen as a result of the TEX Group’s economic activities in their own business area or in the supply chain.
Whistleblowers can communicate with the TEX Group while maintaining the confidentiality of their identity. Whistleblowers have various options for reporting a concern effectively and reliably. In particular, the report can be communicated internally in the respective company to the management or supervisor in writing or verbally.
